Ordering Information

ORDERS
May be telephoned (our answer machine is on when we are not in), faxed, E-mailed, or posted. If particular items have been sold, your interest will be recorded and future copies offered.

PAYMENT
May be made by VISA, Mastercard, Delta, etc. credit and debit cards, Sterling (£) cheque drawn on a UK bank, US ($) cheques (subject to the addition of UK bank charges) and cash. Payment is requested in advance. A proforma invoice or receipt will be issued as required. It is recommended that card details e.g. number, expiry date, name and registered address, should be faxed or posted and not E-mailed. For credit cards I am charged 3% by the service provider. This charge will be passed on to customers making cheques or debit cards the cheaper option. All payments should be made payable to S.A. Baldwin please.

PRICES
Our prices are net and exclude postage, packing and insurance which are extra at cost.

RETURNS
Any items may be returned if not as described. Please however do notify us of your intention to do so first.

SHIPPING
Items will be sent by the cheapest method e.g. Letter or parcel post within the UK and by Surface Saver M Bags for overseas unless faster methods are requested and paid for. Parcels containing goods over £50 in value will normally be sent on a recorded delivery basis within the UK .

INSURANCE
Goods in transit are covered by insurance .

TRADE TERMS
We offer a standard 10% discount to bona fide dealers.

VALUE ADDED TAX
Currently books are zero rated in the UK and there is therefore no VAT to be added to the price. European Economic Community customers who are registered for VAT should quote their VAT number at the time of ordering to comply with current regulations.
